DIG OUT AND BASE
We excavate, lay and compact a sub-base, keeping the finished patio below the house damp proof course.
SET THE FALLS
We set the levels so the patio drains gently away from the house and into the garden or a drain.
LAY ON A FULL BED
Every slab goes down on a full mortar bed, with a priming slurry on porcelain so it bonds properly.
POINT AND FINISH
We point or joint the patio, cut in the edges and steps cleanly, seal the stone if it needs it and clear the site.
