QUOTATIONS AND PRICING

All quotations provided following our free site visit are fixed written prices valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. The price agreed upon is the price you pay, unless you request changes to the agreed job specification or additional groundwork becomes necessary due to unforeseen underground obstructions.

SITE ACCESS AND COMMENCEMENT

The customer will provide clear access to the property on agreed working days for personnel, plant machinery and delivery of materials. Work start dates are agreed in good faith and may occasionally be subject to adjustment due to adverse weather conditions, such as continuous heavy rainfall, frost or snow, which would impair installation quality.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms, milestone schedules and accepted payment methods are set out clearly within your written quotation prior to commencement. We do not require full upfront payment before work starts.
